Terms and Conditions of Booking
All Tariffs include:
Full Electricity and Central Heating
Bed Linen and Towels

10% deposit required to book. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival date. N.B. Holidays booked less than 1 month in advance must be paid for in full on booking.

The Fishing Lodge is available from 1pm on the arrival date and guests are required to vacate by 10am on the morning of departure.

Well behaved dogs welcome, but not on the fishing lakes or furniture.

The Fishing Lodge will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed when booking are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.

Non payment of balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation.

We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to any possessions brought onto the premises.

Please leave the property, furniture and fittings in the condition you would wish to find it.

Please report any breakage's to the proprietor.

Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.

If for any reason we have to cancel any holiday arrangements we will refund any Monies received and any further liabilities for either parties will cease
